Well done to all 87 swimmers this evening who took part in Fly Shannon Thomond Swim. The conditions were tough with a strong tide & plenty of rain water coming downriver but the sun came out and warmed our backs. Thanks also to Limerick Kayak Club, St Michaels Rowing Club; Shannon Rowing Club & Limerick Civil Defence for their support. Finally a big thank you to our sponsors Shannon Group.
