Planned Open Water Swims

For those of you interested it’s still not too late to try and get those open water dips in to qualify for the Harbour & Liffey swims in Dublin. Already a number of the group from the weekly Castleconnell dip are participating and planning on making it an overnight affair for the Liffey in Dublin.
A handy qualifier is the Thomond Swim on Saturday 26th July. Information and online entry details can be found on : Thomond Swim 2014
Another swim that might interest others is a longer swim in Lough Dan with a choice of 5km & 10km. This swim takes place on Saturday 23rd August in Wicklow.
